Terms and Conditions:

Online Classes:

​

  • Please book via email. Classes are non refundable and non transferable from the date of purchase.

  • The email booking system closes 1 hour before the class starts. 10 spaces available.  

  • Technical issues that may arise for the client are not the responsibility of the teacher. Although I will try and help as best as I can. 

  • It is the responsibility of the client to let the teacher know if they have any injuries or health conditions that may effect their practice.

Online Workshops:

  • Please book via email. Workshops have a 24-hour cancellation period. Any cancellations made after this time are non refundable and non transferable. All cancellations should me made via email. 

  • Technical issues that may arise for the client are not the responsibility of the teacher. Although I will try and help as best as I can.  

  • It is the responsibility of the client to let the teacher know if they have any injuries or health conditions that may effect their practice.

Privates - Online & In Person:

  • Please book via email. 

  • I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made after this time are non refundable and non transferable. All cancellations should be made via email.

  • Technical issues that may arise for the client are not the responsibility of the teacher. Although I will try and help the best I can.  

  • It is the responsibility of the client to let the teacher know if they have any injuries or health conditions that may effect their practice.

N.B. If any class is cancelled I will provide a full refund. 

 

IMPORTANT:

​

  • To register with Yoga with Izy you must be over eighteen years of age. 

  • The email booking system closes 1 hour before the class starts.

  • 10 spaces available for online group classes.

  • I will send out the Zoom links 1 hour before the class starts. 

  • Yoga with Izy asks that you sign into your yoga class 10 minutes before the class starts. Anyone arriving after the start time will not be allowed to enter and you will not receive a refund. 

  • Please make sure that you have received the booking ahead of class as I won't have access to emails right before or during the class. 

  • To comply with insurance regulations, please do not forward the links. However, do feel free to pass on my email if you know of someone who would like to join a class.

  • Yoga is for everybody, so please email me if you are experiencing financial difficulty.

Method of Payment:

​

  • Bank Transfer - I will provide details via email. Please transfer before the class and state your name. 

  • In-Person: Additional costs may be incurred depending on location/travel time.

Medical Disclaimer:

​

  • You must complete a 'Registration/Health Form' before attending your first class. If the 'Registration/Health Form' needs to be updated please inform Yoga with Izy.

  • When signing up to a class, you must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

If you have any injuries or medical conditions that might affect your practice, please let me know.

If you are pregnant and have never practised yoga before, please attend a pregnancy-specific class. I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone. However, when you’re practising via a live stream, it is up to you to decide whether the class is suitable for you. Please note that whilst I can offer advice and suggestions, your wellbeing is your own responsibility. Yoga with Izy offers no medical advice. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise programme, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you’re injured, ill or have any long-term conditions you should always consult a doctor before you start practising. Regardless of whether you’re injured or not, it is up to you to gauge the safety of your practice and to never exceed your physical limitations.  If you feel dizzy, light headed, faint or if you experience any other discomforts, stop exercising immediately and consult a doctor. Please take rest as and when you need it. It is important to tune into how you are feeling. I always encourage practising mindfully and in a considered way, building up strength and flexibility slowly. The practice might leave you feeling tired which is normal, but it should never leave you in pain. 

 

Izy accepts no responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown which might incur as a result suffered while practising online/in-person. By participating in any of Izy's classes online or in-person, you agree that you do so at your own risk and that Isabella Fricker will not be held liable.

General Online Disclaimer:

​

Please note that you can join the online session 10 minutes before the class starts. This will allow enough time to set up. Classes start promptly at the advertised time. I will not allow any late comers. Please make sure you are in a quiet spot with your mat ready and props to hand. Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in (no socks during the practice). The main props we often use are a yoga block (or cushion), a blanket (or a towel), one or two yoga bricks (or thick books or tins of beans) and anything else to support your relaxation at the end. I usually recommended that you don't eat 2 hours before a yoga class. Please keep well hydrated. It is recommended to turn on your video if you would like Izy to witness/support your practice. This allows a more interactive experience. It can be quite hard to position your laptop or mobile phone in order for me to see you all the time. Therefore, please experiment and adjust camera positioning before class.

General In-Person Disclaimer:

​

In person classes have an arrival time (5-10 mins before class starts) as we will start on time. If you are late I may not be able to let you start as it would be disruptive to others and it’s important to settle/warm up. 

Please come dressed in comfortable yoga clothes.

Please bring along your own mat. You may find it useful to bring along a small cushion, blanket, or block. If you have a bolster/bed pillow, then please feel free to bring along. 

I usually recommend that you don't eat 2 hours before a yoga class. Please keep well hydrated.

COVID Measures:

 

Although COVID guidelines have eased, I do like to make sure that everyone feels comfortable coming to a class.

 

All classes will need to be booked online beforehand, to avoid the exchange of cash.

Please arrive 5/10 minutes before the class starts. 

Please use hand sanitiser on arrival and exit. I will provide one on the table as you enter. 

If you borrow equipment from Izy this will be cleaned in advance. 

Class sizes will be kept small, ranging from 10-12. 

Social distancing between mats of either 1.5-2 metres. 

Participants will be required to bring their own yoga equipment (yoga mat, block, cushion or blanket). There will be some blocks available. 

You are welcome to bring your own water to class. 

Participants have access to a toilet and hand wash facilities.

You are welcome to wear a face mask.

Through the Autumn and Winter please keep an eye on your health, if you are feeling unwell or have any COVID related symptoms please stay at home. 

Please respect others as we enjoy being a part of an open hearted community. If there is a class before your class starts, then please just be respectful of the space.
